We would like to invite you to an online seminar for suppliers of medical devices who supply medical devices to hospitals through public procurement and want to better understand the requirements of the contracting authority. In the webinar, we will guide you through the procurement process, focusing on the specifics of medical devices. We'll show you how to read between the lines in the tender documents, what regulatory documents the contracting authority may require from you and what the requirements are. We will also look at some common mistakes tenderers make when submitting a tender. You will also learn what defences are available in the event of errors in the tender documentation or unlawful action by the contracting authority. During the seminar we will give examples from practice. We will allow space for your questions at the end.
